Sperm in water? will it make someone preg?

cause I masturbated in my toilet and sperm come out and flushed it. Then 2 sec after my girlfriend used it and I was out of toilet paper so she had to use the sink water and a cup to wash her b#tt. Can the water in the toilet still have a semen/sperm and would splash innto her vagina. So, can she get pregnant?
Answer:
I don't think you have anything to worry about since you flushed the toilet.

Now!
If you had masturbated into her vagina, you would then have something to worry about. =*
This sounds a lot like the old "I got pregnant in the swimming pool" stories.

Sperm needs to stay most and out of light. Furthermore, it needs to stay at about 94 degrees Fahrenheit. I doubt the toilet water is at that temperature. There are also chlorine, fluoride, and other chemicals in the water. Those kill the sperm of quickly. I've heard that sperm can live a month is the testicles, a few days in women, and a few minutes outside.

Another thing to remember, even couples that have sex every day don't necessarily get pregnant. Everything has to be just right.

Spandex?????

where can i get spandex shorts? i need them to wear under a skirt
Answer:
To be honest, they are quite difficult to find. I know they sell them at stores like Wal-Mart and Target, but depending what color you want, you might have to go to a sports store, like Sport Chalet. Just for your information too - they come in a variety of lengths, rises, and materials too - so try different ones on to see what kind you like.
Mervins.. a bike shop maybe
They have them in tennis stores
sporting goods store
sport shops
wal-mart
The best bet would be a sports store like Big 5, Sports Authority, or any other store. Bicycle stores are only going to sell the padded type. I don't you want to buy them for wearing under a skirt.

Sorry last time i post this question I totally respect doctors and nurses well trained medical proffesionals:)

hello again everyone. I was just wondering I know that if you take your butt cheek and draw an imaginary line across it and the other way to make 4ths and a intramuscular injection should be given in the outer 4th quarter but what if it is given about in the middle of the bottom 2 quarters i feel i have sciatic nerve damage but my doctor keeps saying no i have 2 sunken in indents were my depo provera shots were given and the one looks way to low . I really feel she either hit my nerve or put the medication way to close wich has caused almost 2 years of pain all down my right butt cheek and right leg .i have an appointment with another doctor in a few days but i was wondering would I see what this doctor says or just contact a lawyer most doctors wont say there was neglagince against a nurse so what should I do i need to be able to prove that the shot damaged my nerve but i also need to find a doctor that will say yes it was from the way she gave me the shot instead of pushing it aside
Additional Details

i need to see another doctor any way but should i be contacting a lawyer now i think it's only 2 years to file a claim and my doctor has been pushing it aside for just over a year and i need to know should I be contacting a lawyer anyway or would it do no good if no doctors look into it beeing that before 2 years have passed thank you for all the answer i get i appreceate them so very much have a great day everyone:):):)

i am 23 and i'm not expecting the new docror to blame the nurse i would like to know if the nurse did cause nerve damage or is it something else and if it is something else to help me with it i just feel it was from the shot being given to low i am no longer on the depo shot and only ever go the 2 in my but cheek i used to get them in my arm i just don't know what to do the only reason i waited so long is cause i was listening to my dr who never looked in what it could even be if not that i know i am really pointing at the nurse and i would like to say it isn't and if this dr says it isn't to i will listen but if i wait to much longer and it was the nurse then i just get to suffer for the rest off my life can't excersise can't sit for long can't stand for long can't sleep at night but if it was not the nurse than i hope i can eventually get rid of the pain :):):)

i know it seems like i am poining fingers at the nurse i just haven't had my oppointment with this other doctor yet and if she looks into my sciatic pain and tells me it is not the nurse and it could be something else i will totally listen i do respect doctors and nurses lots they are very well trained medical profetionals and do know what they are talking about and i really respect that but my doctor never looked into anything that it could be i would just like to know that if she did make this mistake (she might not have )an this new dr not saying she will point blame just give her medical oppinion says it was from the injection would it be best to wait to talk to this dr before even asking a lawyer or should i wait to make sure it not something else first cause my dr pushed me aside saying just wait for it to go way for so long that if it was the nurse ian i wait much longer i wont be able to do anything
1 second ago
I don't really want to talk to a lawyer the hassle of everything and the cost of a lawyer and everthing like that but if i was the nurse then i can't really wait much longer so if it turns out that it isn't than i hope i can just get relief but if it was the nurse and it is permanant i can't do the thing i used to without pain getting worse it is hard to deal with the pain all day every day. i can't go and do thing with my daughter like i should without pain getting worse i can't sleep at night and i could add more but i'll try not to go into too much detail. i waould need to talk to a lawyer as soon as posible wich makes me feel bad that i feel i might need to talk to a lawyer if it wasn't the nurse hopefully it can be fixed and i can feel better but if it was the nurse i don't want to talk to a lawyer but if i need too.i am no longer on the depo and havn't been since the 2 indents thank for all amswers
Answer:
The area you describe, lower on the buttocks, is not an ideal location for an injection due to the thicker layer of fat there, not nerves. An injection is intramuscular so therefore it is given in the upper outer quad into muscle, there is actually greater danger there of hitting a nerve and this is why it is usually not done on infants anymore. Sorry but you need to look somewhere else for the source of your problem. I would think the biggest issue with the location you received your injections would be that they were ineffective as a birth control since there were placed in fat and not muscle.
At least talk to a lawyer. H/She will be able to tell you what to do next and just doing so might ease your mind a bit. You need to see a neurologist in the mean time. They will be able to help you determine what is causing so much pain. Good Luck.
It is extreremly unlikely that the location of te injection is the cause of your problems. She may not have given it in the 'correct' area (The upper, outer quadrent); but all it would have meant the injection would have been given into fat, and not muscle.
If you feel the need to sue somebody, you need to talk to a lawyer who deals in such things. They are not at all hard to find. You can find them in the yellow pages, or you may see them chasing ambulances.

If they think you have a case that they can prove to a jury and make some cold, hard cash, the lawyer will not charge you but will take the case on a "contingency fee" arrangement in which they will collect a significant amount of any award you get, usually at least 33%.

If you really want to know what is wrong with your sciatic nerve you need to see a specialist that can make the diagnosis. However, don't tell them up front that you are looking for a way to sue somebody, or they will automatically distrust you until proven otherwise.

If your lawyer really takes the case, it is relatively easy for them to find a doctor who will claim that there was negligence. There are doctors who regularly do this for the cash they can earn, and will say anything for a price. The legal system refers to these doctors as "expert witnesses". I refer to them as whores.

Sorry but really worried!?

i know im getting on your nerves asking this my moms making me an appointmeny but...opions. I have lower pains in my back and stomach on the left and right side. the pain just come to me really suddenly then go away after about 3-5 minutes. my stomach growls and it hurts but not like a hungry growl. the pain hurt so much one time i almost fell over. im 13 and have had my period since december it didnt come this month i doubt that has anything to do with this but you never know.
Answer:
It might be nothing. or you could be really sick. Either way, a doctor would know best, so just go there. They really can help.
Do you have regular bowel movements? If not, it could be constipation. Drink LOTS of water ASAP to avoid what is unpleasantly referred to as an 'impacted bowel'.
dude dont worry that has happend to me hella times.
does any body other than you have this problem in
your family?
If it turns out not to be your period you should get your gallbladder checked.
Have you been urinating regularly? Are you dehydrated? Maybe it's your kidneys. It could just be irritable bowel syndrome also. If you are sexually active, did you protect yourself? Sometimes if an STD goes untreated, you can get symptoms like that.
Hey girl. dont be worried about irregularity, its very very normal when you are just starting your cycle.

The pains sound very similar to pains that i have had a couple times before. It may not be your case but, maybe i can make some suggestions.. Your lower back and left and right side of your stomach is where your kidneys are. If in fact your kidneys are the source of the pain, you might have a kidney infection... dont be scared, it sounds bad but its not a huge deal. It only means that you are not drinking enough water, or you are drinking too much coke, you have too much stress, or you could be wiping(when you use the restroom) the wrong direction(i know you think this sounds weird but its very typical with kidney infections). All of these allow bacteria to get in and grow in your urinary organs that are directly connected to your kidneys. when the bacteria reaches your kidneys, it becomes an infection and cause severe pain, alot like your experiencing.

Going to the doctor is the very best things to do, explain to him all your symptoms, even if you think they are not related.

Drink alot of cranberry juice, it fights bacteria!

I hope you find out whats goin on... dont stress tho girl. your young and your body will go through alot of changes.

Good luck:)
Don't worry鈥ou could have a wide range of things that are harmless, though they are uncomfortable. You could have an ulcer, irritable bowel, asthma (if shortness of breath and/or coughing accompanies your pain), constipation, or fibroids, which are benign (not cancerous) and located in different areas of your uterus. Your doctor could detect these in a pelvic exam, or with a pelvic and/or endovaginal ultrasound, and they can account for your low back pain.

I recently had both ultrasounds done, and this was how my fibroids were detected - I too have low back and abdominal pain, and very irregular periods. If fibroids turn out to be your problem, then there are a number of things you can do, but they're very common. So no worries - your age helps you in this case, as it excludes other causes for your pain. Good luck!

Sores in Mouth - When I eat Certain foods all of a sudden I get these tiny bumps in my?

When I eat Certain foods all of a sudden I get these tiny bumps in my Mouth %26 are very sore if I keep eatting what im eatting.but after a few mins they go away %26 then I can start eatting again.Anyway have a clue what this is?
Answer:
They're canker sores, you usually get them when you eat foods with a high acidity. They're very small and filled with fluid, look almost like a white-head zit. You're lucky yours go away so quickly, when I get them they usually last for a day or so. If yours ever happen to stay around a while, there are over-the-counter gels you can use to treat them.
could also be an allergic reaction, go to a doc and have them check it out. if it would help, bring something with you to eat that you know will cause the symtoms.

Sore nipples?

This may sound a little funny but I recently started drinking Soy milk to health benefits. I have noticed that my breasts seem to be a little tender and a little bigger... Is it all in my head? Very weird!
Answer:
Actually, no it is not! Soy is naturally full of progesterones, one of the hormones that regulates a woman's cycle. Many women take soy to help lessen the effects of PMS and menopause. Will it make your breasts permanently larger? No way!
Nothing is weird. Do some real checking. You might have some kind of allergy.

Sore nipples?

have had this for a few hours, and everything points to pregancy but I don't think that I'am .not really sure.and am not having any sign's and yep have had my monthly just don't keep track of it.
Answer:
it happens to me during ovulation. sore nipples and pins and needles.i didnt have when i got pregnant, but u know, everyone's different.
You should take a test, they are very inexpensive and readily available.
Has someone been sucking on them too much?
Well, menstruation can cause nipples to be sore or tender as well as pregnancy.
take a test... it could just be a wierd symptom of your upcomming monthly friend
Probs just down to hormones in your cycle. Take a pregnancy test to settle your mind [and prevent any shocks later on!] They'l probably be better in a day or two, a couple of hours isnt too much to worry about
menustration causes sore nipples but to make sure take a test

Sore Nipples...?

For the past week or so, my nipples have been really sore and extra sensitive. My husband can't even touch them without me wincing from the uncomfortable feeling i get when he does. It also happens with me too. Even though I'm expecting my cycle on friday, I've read up on the symptoms of pregnancy and none of them say anything about sore nipples, just sore, swollen or tender breasts. They ache, but they're already so big I probably wouldn't recognize the difference.

Could sore nipples be a sign?
Answer:
If you take hormones (replacement therapy or birth control), are pregnant or your period is about to begin it can cause nipple tenderness. If this is not a regular occurrence for you, see your doctor. It is also possible to be a sign of something more serious like breast cancer. Not trying to scare you just educate you. If you have any discharge from your nipple see your doctor right away. But in my opinion, from what you wrote it sounds like congratulations may be in order. Good Luck and see your doctor regardless to determine if there are any abnormalities.
uhuh they can be
IT could be a sign that your cycle is coming or that you are pregnant cause you can have sore nipples when you are pregnated as well.
You are doing your husband a horrible injustice by not letting him touch your areolas. I say take the pain let him enjoy your glands of Montgomery.
hello!
some people huh...?! it could be your hormones, whether you take the pill or you are due soon. and it could be being pregnant,i had it when i was pregnant. it was quiet irretating. do you work out or go for runs? cos that could be another a reason caused by the bra. if you are wondering about being pregnant then you could get an "early" test. they can be made 10 days before you come on
Is this a new symptom for you? Are you trying to get pregnant? It could be early an sign of pregnancy or chafing from friction, have you been doing anything differently (new bra, exercising)?
I certainly would go to your doc for a check up if your symptoms con't %26 don't improve.

Sore lump in left breast?

Hello all,
Ive got a lump in the bottom area of my left breast, it feels sore, as if its bruised.
It is the time of the month for me, so im not overally concerned just yet.
I was just wondering if any one has had similar, wondering if its a blocked gland or a cyst.
(Got an appointment for wednesday with my GP)
Thanks
Answer:
Sounds cystic. Your GP may suggest waiting a month or coming back after your period to see if it has disappeared. These can go down on their own, you may be prone to them or he may suggest you be referred for further investigation. You're right not to worry too much though.
never take things for granted. Our environment is badly polluted. So does the air, water and food. you make a right decision to consult your GP.
Good luck.
I'd wait til your 'time of the month' is over and then see if it's still there. You've made the right decision by going to see your doctor straight away.
Good luck and I hope it proves to be nothing serious.
I had the same problem, after an ultra sound %26 needle biopsy it turned out to be harmless (fibroadenoma), but gets sore depending on my hormones. Is always best to get it checked out, but is more than likely to be harmless.
I always have really lumpy, painful breasts just before I come on. I came on today and had a lump in my right breast for a week. It always goes. If yours doesn't go after your period has finished then go to your GP.
Hi, lumps in the breasts are a cause of concern if they have not been hitherto felt in a routine breast self examination, moreso in this day and age of cancer awareness. This is not to scare you in the least. It might be nothing if a lump is usually present during your period and disappears right after. Thank God you're seeing your GP soon. I'll recommend you tell him about it just to be on the safe side. He will carry out a cphysical on you. Good luck!
Its sounds like a cyst to me i have had 3 of them at different times they were very sore
Your Dr will have a good idea i was sent for a mammogram then a scan and the doctor lanced them in the hospital it all took under 3 weeks
I'm sure they say if the Lump hurts its very unlikly to be Cancer or anything serious. (please dont hold me to that)
it could be mastitis ,i suffer from lumps every month and they are very painful,
i also have a lump that is there all the time which i had checked out and it is just gristle so i wouln't worry too much,
I always get what I perceive as lumps during that time of the month. Breasts are already tender, then when you find the lump you may be checking it constantly, thus making it feel bruised and sore after a while.
This is very important: it may well be nothing but you MUST be checked by a breast specialist. This is VITAL.

Even if your GP says it's nothing - and it might be nothing - only a specialist can do the proper tests to ensure that it's benign.

Insist on a referral to a breast specialist; if you can afford it, go privately so you will be seen more quickly. Take your mum or best friend or boyfriend with you for support if your GP is not sympathetic.

If you'd like the name of a few good specialists, email me and I'll give you several names. I'm not saying any of this to scare you, but a breast lump should always, always be checked out by a specialist, just in case - even though it might well be nothing, especially as it's your time of month.

But get it checked; better to be on the safe side.
The good thing about it being sore is that its unlikely to be anything serious so you don't need to be worried - i wouldn't think. Wait and see what your doc says, it could just be a blocked gland as you say I get them in my neck quite a lot...
Straight to the GP!
you have done the right thing by making an appoinmetn with your gp, it could be a fatty lump or blocked milk duct, lumps do not mean bad news all the time, 100% natural for you to panic but please try not to. Good luck, hope everything is ok!

Sore Breasts for weeks.not pregnant..what is wrong?

My boobs have been sore for weeks upon weeks I am not pregnant.I am almost 25 years old...my bras feel tight on me as well...but they are sore to the touch.what could this be? HELP! I am kinda worried about this. I thought it could be because of my period but it never went away and it has been doing this day in and day out for over a month. HELP!
Answer:
I think you should see a doctor. Get checked for your peace of mind.

If you have a hormonal imbalance you may need to go on the pill.

Sore breast. not sore anymore?

For the past couple months my breasts hurt so bad I wished i didn't have any. Now all of a sudden they are not sore anymore (except the super tenderness in the nipple) and I dont feel like they are as hard as a rock as they were in the beginning. Can't remember if this was the same last pregnancy. anyone know?
Answer:
My breasts did the same thing during my second pregnancy, its normal, atleast that is what my doctor told me. If you are worried about it during your next appointment ask your doctor about it. Congrats!
ask your gyn or doctor.
if ur having unprotected sex yeah sore breasts are 1of the signs of preg.
just wait a lil more until ur period to find out and take a preg test to make sure.
I have that problem before, but i was wearing a really small bra. Well if you keep having those feeling you should ask a doctor.
Tender breasts are a good sign of pregnancy. My first pregnancy i didn't experience it but with the second one i did. They were tender for a few weeks. then it subsided. I would definately take a test.
Not all pregnancies feel the same. If you aren't feeling sore that's ok. There isn't anything that says you have to feel soreness of the breasts. For some women it comes and goes and for others they are sore from beginning to the end and even after they give birth. Don't worry about it and just enjoy your pregnancy. The less you feel sore the better I'd say. Good luck and congrats!
Yup I had sore breast with both my pregnancy and my armpits were sore two. The soreness went away later.

Sooo paranoid.?

last month my period was soo weird...i was spotting or something like that...maybe i had my period for one day or something...i took three pregnancy tests...all negative..should i be worried??
Answer:
No. Depending on your age, if you are young, your body does go thru some various changes. Your hormones are probably trying to regulate themselves. If this continues--I would contact your gynecologist. But, if it has happened only once I think your fine.
I know its easier said than done, but stressing is only going to throw you off more. If you are really worried, see a doctor for an official test.
who knows... did you do something to compromise it?
no you should not be worried.. there are many reasons why you have not had a period.. but you should be concerned.. same thing happend to me a few months ago but turned out to be the birth controll i was taking.. if u dont have a period next month.. tell a parent or someone u can get help from, and take u to see a docter.
No

Sometimes...?

I get sharp pains (like baby pinches) on my left breast (which is over heart) Has any1 experienced it before. Should i be worried?
Answer:
I get these as well. I have been told that they are related to caffeine intake.

I recommend seeing your MD or OB/GYN for an exam. Mine sent me for a mammogram, which was negative, but they are still checking me every six months. HTH
get a mammogram to check it out
where abouts on your breast? The outter sides are normally muscles that you may have pulled. stress can also do that too you. had that happen to me last week and went to the doc and he told me that. If is on the inside you should get a chest xray to be sure
I have had this happen to me on and off since I hit my teen years. I was told that it is a fluttering heart beat. It passes and goes away. But if I was you I would talk to your doctor about it. As it could be more then that. As your body works in funny ways. You could get a pain somewhere other then where you are ill at. As a warning sign.

Sometimes when my fiancee and I have sex I bleed.?

I think I start my period and then the next day I'm not bleeding anymore. Why would this happen? It doesn't happen every time.
Answer:
You may just be irritated from sex. Try using lubricant. Other causes could be endometriosis or cysts on your ovaries. If it's something you are concerned about you should ask your gynecologist at your next physical.
Dang! I'd sure like to shake your fiance's hand! Must feel amazing. You're a lucky girl!
does it only happen around your period? since having treatment for cervical cancer i have had this happen to me. I've asked the doctor and apparently it is perfectly normal, same as around the time my period is due, if we are particuarly "energetic", it can cause my period to start early.

Sometimes when I take my bra off, I see a little yellow liquid where the nipples are inside my bra...?

What is that liquid? I am 13 and my breasts are just now begining to develope.
Answer:
that may be just sweat but talk to your mom and/or doctor just to be sure
i know it's embarrassing, but talk to your mom about it. there could be something wrong.
Talk to your mom. You may need to go see a dr.
Most women develop breast milk while they are pregnant.
Most women don't get any fluid from their breast when not pregnant. However my sister, mother and my grandmother all got this from their breast at a young age and kept it their whole life. So I guess it is normal for some.
hey sweetie...

talk to your mom, she could help better than anyone here. this is something that she needs to know about. it is probably nothing though, but you need to have an open line of communication with your mom.

good luck.
maybe you was eating some food and it fell in there
i think it is breast milk stooting out of your nipples
U r fine鈾?
i think its fine but talk to some one

Sometimes when I sleep, I have dreams about having to "use the restroom", and when I wake up, I have to "go"

immediately! Has anyone else had this happen? Does anyone know why this happens?
Answer:
I'M NOT A MEDICAL PRO, BUT I READ ONCE THAT THAT SIGNAL STILL GOES FROM THE BLADDER TO THE BRAIN EVEN WHEN YOU ARE SLEEPING. IT HAPPENS TO ME EVERY NIGHT. AND USUALLY WHEN I'M IN MY MOST COMFORTABLE POSITON! I LAY THERE AND TRY TO PUT IT OFF TILL MORNING BUT I CANT GO BACK TO SLEEP UNTIL I GO TO THE BATHROOM.
your body is just telling you that you need to pee...i have it happen all the time. for 21 years i can remember these dreams...hey at least your not peeing while your dreaming about it.
Me, too!

Only every public restroom I find is huge, occupied by creepy creatures, and the "porcelain furniture" is mostly all out of order.

It's about the same as being awake when your bottom end tells your brain it's time to go, except since you're sleeping, your brain turns it into a dream.
this happened to me a few years ago and i peed on my friends floor at 5 in the morning! I was so embaressed:(

hope nothing like this happens to you!

Sometimes my clitoris be getting a stinging feeling is that normal?

Answer:
ugh, the guy in front of me is giving false advice, and he's just trying to get everyone worried. do not listen to him. he is not being serious.
You have a severe STD. See your doctor, and she can perform a clitoral removal. Sorry it had to come to this, but you should have thought of that before you decided to sleep with a dirty, STD-infected man vvhore.

Sometimes I get an itch...?

in my privates...just randomly I'll get an itch that I have to scratch. It's not a constant itch and it doesn't burn or anything...like when your foot just starts itching...it's like that. Is that normal?
Answer:
it is a normal thing but not everyone will admit it
yup, that is completely normal! don't worry about it.
thank you for sharing that info with all of us
Yes its just as normal as getting an itch on your back or leg.
Its normal to get itch sometimes in the private parts. but it needs to be checked. try washing your privates with lot of water after urinating. wash it three to five times. Such itch happens due to the accumulation of vaginal secretions and bacterial activity, which is a normal phenomena. Chances are more if you are living in tropical climate.

You may even use providone iodine solution to apply, but before this pls ask your doc. some people are allergic to iodine. ok. more doubts pls mail me and ask atiq_masw@yahoo.com
wash your self

Sometimes i get a "whooshing" sensation in my head that lasts around 1 to 2 minutes.?

It isnt brought on by any specific or certain activity, usually happens just whenever it wants to. I could be lying down watching tv and out of no where .there it is. or in a store, standing in line(even walking around). When I sit for a few minutes, or for a long time. Oh yeah, also it seems that the surrounding noises fade in and out with my heartbeat...any idea on what could be going on? Its been happening for about a year now.
Answer:
Have your blood pressure checked.
seems to me that you need to discuss this with your doctor.
its called air..you a blonde remember...
call your doctor
See a doctor.
You need a professional opinion.

Sometimes I dont want to be touch?

I've been with my partner for almost nine years but lately I dont want him to touch me and is not only when I have my period is like I love him and want to be with him but please dont touch me kind of thing. Im 34 and have a daughter with him. Is this one of the symptoms of premenopause. Ive been to the doctor already, hormones and thyroid is alright so they say. Any comments? Somebody going tru the same thing?
Answer:
i have the same problem are you talking about hugs aswell. because sometimes when my man tries to show me any kind of sexual affection i would rather do anything than that and i dont want him to touch me. if you fell this way about simple affection eg: hugs, kisses then it may be wise to talk to him or a proffesional. but if its in a sexual way dont worry it happens to most women in long relationships, i have felt this way about 4 times it is normal!!
there is something you aren't dealing with emotionally, I don't presume to know what it is, and I don't know if you recognize what it is..but you are avoiding something emotionally. Suggest you see a therapist.

Somethings wrong with my vaginal area and i dont have any idea what it is?

Im going to the obgyn tomorrow (i wish it was today) but for about two weeks now ive been peeing alot and when i do go i get chills really bad. Also there is slight bleeding too. And in the cervics area its very sensitive and hurts. I have no idea what it is my mother said it could possiably be a bladder infection or a yeast infection.

Note* I am married and been with him for two years and i havent ever had sex with anyone else in those two years.
Answer:
you have an urinary treat infection, try drinking loads of water and cranberry juice till you go , it will help flush you out and also walmart has a little pill to help ease the pain callled AZO, it is not a cure but like i said it helps with te pain.....
sounds like chlamydia. Your husband has probably been cheatin on you.
The chills suggest some sort of infection. It is a good thing you are taken your vajayjay to the doctor.
STD
I'm sorry, it doesn't relate to any of the conditions I know of. All you can do is wait til you see the doctor and take paracetemol if you are in pain. Good luck

Based on those symptoms I would say definitely not a yeast infection though, you do not get chills, bleeding or pain high up. Yeast infection symptoms are: itchiness in the vulval area, redness, and sometimes a white discharge.
yup sounds like a bladder infection. the antibiotics you get will help. hurts like heck. not a std
Definately sounds like a uti [urinary tract infection]
Your mom sounds about right. Also could be kidney stones
maybe you have cervical cancer , that may cause the bleeding and irritation. you should get your husband checked adn if he has the virus then yah
you should go to the hospital.
Your mum is right, either a yeast infection or a bladder infection. Sounds like a urinary tract infection, they make you wanna pee more, but it hurts like a mother_____ when you do. Eat some baking soda in water. Bring the acidity down a bit.
Maybe is a UTI
I am pretty sure it is a yeast infection. It really does sound like it... the doctor will probably just subscribe you some pills and it will be gone in a week. if it is that
I'd say that it sounds like a bladder infection. Try not to worry until there is something to worry about. Good luck!
Culd be a bladder infection but if its a std you better confront your husband...
you probably have cystitis.try and get some cranberry juice in the meantime
ur mom might be right but it might be that u might be preganent or you have a prob with ur period but to be save get tested
Just because you are "faithful" does not mean that your bf is. There is always the possibility that he has cheated on you, and given you a sexually transmitted disease such as HPV. I hope you use condoms and protect yourself!

Yes, there is a huge possibility that you have a yeast infection or a urinary tract infection.

When you have a bladder/kidney infection, it hurts everywhere. It doesn't just hurt in your pee-hole, but it also hurts inside your vagina, down your legs, everywhere. It HURTS!

You probably just have an infection and need some antibiotics to clear it up.

Once you have an infection, NOTHING will clear it up accept antibiotics. People will tell you to drink lots of water and cranberry juice, but that does not "cure" anything. Trust me.

Water and cranberry juice is good for the urinary tract and keeps you pee-ing (which is a good thing), but it won't "cure" anything. The only "cure" is antibiotics.

Good Luck at the OBGYN tomorrow.

Cheers
Well, I am a man and I do not know much on the women's health. But I would like to mention one point..

Do not evaluate the honesty of your husband and / or 2 year married life based on the ByeDr.com(that you are reading for the past one day or so).

Also, this is not a recommended place to get answers to intricate health issues....I would suggest you consult a doctor without delay instead of confusing yourself with many answers and spending sleepless nights....
you could have a condition called cystitis. peeing alot? do you have to pee alot and only a little comes out? bladder, kidney and severe urinary tract infection result in blood in the urine. fortunately antibiotics fix this. it is good you are seeing a doctor. commonly women do not wipe front to back or they do but instead of dropping the toilte paper once they've reached the back they bring it back to the front and drop it. eschericia coli or e-coli are supposed to live in your
intestines. when it is dragged to your urethra and enters the urinary tract it wreaks havoc. be sure to drink lots of water when you take your antibiotics. and when the dr says take it twice a day always think of a day as 24 hrs and take it every 12 hrs. if you do not, you will have effective blood levels of the drug until the wee hrs of the morning. bacteria always reproduce. if you have some that are weak but not killed yet and your levels fall low because you took it with breakfast and dinner instead of every 12 hrs, when the bacteria reproduce the baby bacteria are resistant to the drug you are on. incredible but true. that is how resistant strains are born. feel better
A bladder or yeast infection does *not* necessarily indicate that you or your partner has been unfaithful. Newborn babies sometimes get these things... it's just an annoying fact of life.

Your symptoms could honestly be a lot of different things, and nobody on here can diagnose you. If it's a UTI, cheap antibiotics will clear it right up... a yeast infection is also highly treatable with antifungals like Diflucan or even OTC meds like monistat. But it's still a good idea to see the doc so you know exactly what's going on down there.
Sounds like a urinary tract infection. You'll bleed from your urethra if it gets severe enough (blood in your urine!!), and you can eventually get a fever. Does it sting when you pee? Are you having bladder spasms at the end of when you pee, feeling like you have to pee more?

UTIs are from normal sexual activity, or wiping wrong, or just for apparently no reason. I had a couple of those, and when I called the advice nurse, they told me to get into Urgent Care NOW. I would suggest the same. Don't wait, it could affect your kidneys. You can temporarily (until you get to urgent care)relieve the symptoms by drinking A LOT of water and pure, unsweetened cranberry juice (it tastes disgusting but was highly effective in my case), taking advil when you need to, and there is a medicine called uristat I think? that will temporarily make things better (and make your pee orange!). I would suggest calling and advice nurse if you have any questions or concerns, but if it is a UTI get to the doctor ASAP, like NOW. Don't wait until tomorrow, especially if you have chills. Go to Urgent Care!!

Something wrong with my stomach?

For the past week i'm had dull pains in my lower abdomen. I presumed this was me pmsing or ovulating, but it hasn't stopped. Today I also noticed i've got bright green pee and my stomach is so swelled like a balloon. I also feel so sick!

A few months ago I had gastritis which has since gone, but what the heck is wrong with me now?
Answer:
I have no idea what is wrong with you but you need to go to the ER right now. Green pee, severe bloating, and abdominal pain are serious.
I would strongly suggest going to the doctor. Green pee? And, stomach swelling could be the sign of something serious. Just go get checked out, please.
I am not really sure what is wrong with you, but if you email me at starbabe87@gmail.com I might be able to help you figure out what is, but if I can't you definately should go to the ER%26gt;

Something Wet in Underwear.?

ok at school today, something weird happened. when i was walking to class, I felt something really wet in my underwear. i already had my period this month so i was like "whats going on?" and i went to the bathroom earlier so i didnt pee in my pants. it didnt look like discharge cuz i ran into the bathroom and it looked like a huge spot of water and NOT whitish goo! what is it?! oh yea and it happened twice today!
Answer:
The discharge from our vagina can be thin enough that it looks just like drops of water. This is normal to have vaginal discharge but if you are having a bunch of it come out pls also discuss this concern with your mom to see if she has any additional info that can be of help and also check with your dr whenever you have your next check up for even more info that can be of help.

Something to help PMS?

I have heard Calcium will help, or even eliminate all the PMS symptoms? ever heard it?
Answer:
Try taking a supplement called evening prim rose oil. I purchased it from GNC. Its supposed to help with hormonal imbalances. Check with your doc though to make sure it does not interact with any other meds you are currently taking. Hope it helps.
yes it will and you can drink chocolate milk too and it will rid you from that as well.
I'm going back to the old day remedies that help the people then and know it works.
a change of diet will help- no sugar, caffeine, soda, etc.
A study has shown that 1,200 mg calcium may relief symptoms. That's about 4 servings of milk or you can take supplements.

Something is wrong with my pill?

i dont know what to do i have a 5 week old baby and it is to soon to be having another one.so i went on the pill about 2weeks ago and have been feeling down.is it from the pill? or is it the baby blues?and what do i do?
Answer:
mine too. should we trade?
It could be either the pill or postpartum depression.. or a combination of both. I just started birth control again and it made me depressed within a couple days of starting it.
It could be Postpartum depression, or "postnatal". Main thing is you need to talk to your doctor. Don't delay, anything like that could be normal but it could also be bad. So better to be safe and sure than sorry.
It could be a little of both...Try talking to your dr. and tell them exactly how you have been feeling and what ever kinds of thoughts you may have...They can determine whats going on, I'm sure they hear it all the time...
You can try asking the dr to switch your pill and see if that helps...Good Luck, and congrats on the new baby, I have a 2 y/o and I miss her being so small, lol, enjoy it while it lasts, lol :-)
It's more likely post-partum depression than the pill. Talk to your doctor about it as soon as you can. It can be treated so you feel more like yourself again. You don't want this interfering with you bonding with your baby and enjoying this time.
If you feel sad, lack energy, feel hopeless, cry a lot, and lose interest in formerly enjoyable activities, you have symptoms of depression.

These are very normal after childbirth, as a result of huge changes in your hormones, as well as in your day-to-day life.

The "baby blues" go away within a few days after pregnancy. So you're past the point of calling it just the baby blues.

If your symptoms are causing significant distress, consider the following options:
-join a support group for postpartum depression
-seek help from friends and family
-rest whenever you can
-talk therapy with a psychologist or counselor

If this is a problem for you, take the necessary steps to get help. You don't need to continue suffering. It's best for everyone if you feel your best.
It's hard to say without knowing if you've ever been on the pill before and what, if any, side effects you had then. My guess, with the limited information you've provided, is that it's the baby blues. I'd hang in there and see if it gets better - maybe try to take the baby for a walk in the stroller a few times a week, rest when you can, and try to get some emotional support from family or friends. If it doesn't improve, if it gets worse, or if you find yourself getting angry at your baby, please make an appointment with your doctor. Baby blues can turn into postpartum depression and it's a serious health issue that needs to be treated, because it can have serious implications for your relationship with your child, and your child's development throughout his/her childhood.

Take care of yourself and best of luck with the little one.
Soooo... when you have your period your progesterone and estrogen drop dramatically.
Right before you have a baby they peak like crazy and then drop down again.
The low levels of progesterone and estrogen keep you from getting pregnant because they have nowhere to drop... especially if you breastfeed because your body keeps progesterone down in order to enable lactation.
The way the pill works is it gives your body a consistant stream of estrogen and progesterone, they never drop and they never peak.
But you are throwing your body through a loop right now. You just had a baby and you are forcing your hormone levels higher than they should be right now.
Give your body a break! It knows your not ready to get pregnant, that's why your homones are low. Now you have PMS because your hormone levels are up.
It's not too late to get off of it.
It probably is related to the baby blues, but could also be pill related as well. It depends on the type of pill. You should consult your ob/gyn asap.

Someone Please Help?? (Women only please, Gyn. related issue)?

Is it normal for it to smell really strong down there, I mean strong enough to practically make a whole room smell? My room is a smaller college dorm room, and I do have a roommate, who I am pretty sure notices it off the bat. Please e-mail me if you'd rather, since this is a private issue.
Answer:
its ttly normal just get the scented pads and whenever u urinate wip with baby wipes that should help
No it isnt normal. Happened to me before and it was vaginal ..something or another. There are so many things it could be. Go to the doc and he'll hook u up with stuff. It will be gone in no time!
The normal discharge a woman has throughout her cycle should not smell strongly.

A strong or unpleasant smell almost always is a sign of infection. Please give an ob/gyn a call or at least speak to the nurse and tell them what you are experiencing.

Observe any discharge you are having, too. They will want to know that as well.
you most likely have bacterial vaginosis... just a bacterial infection. talk to your doc, they can prescribe antibiotics to clear it up
No this is not normal. You are off balance for some reason. It could be an infection. Do you douche often? If so you shouldn't be as this rids your body of the good bacteria it needs. Also, be sure there is no foreign object inside, like a tampon or condom. I suggest you go to a doctor to get this taken care of then be mindful of your body day to day. Hope this gets better!
Do you douche. That would be what I would try first. Massengil has a whole line of products now from douches, personal hygeine wipes, soaps, etc. Also take a shower or bath right after sex. If these do not seem to work, go to your doctor. You may have somnething as simple as a yeast infection, that can be treated quite easily.
No, it's not normal. My suggestion would be to ask your doctor. In the meantime, just a little few little hints:

Shower frequently, wash well.
Do not use perfumed soaps, deodorants, scented feminine products, or douches (they actually make it worse)
Wear 100% cotton undies, preferably uncolored.
No tight pants.
No thongs (they can carry anal bacteria straight to your girlie parts)

But your doctor can also rule out or treat a potential infection, which is often a source of strong odor.

Someone please help me through this misery..please.?

Okay on April 27th I was with a guy, and I am seriously in a lot of guilt and pain right now emotionally. We were fooling around, and although no sexual intercourse took place, I just have this crazy fear. Things were getting a little out of hand, and he kept fingering me. Although there was nothing like a "glob" of his liquid (seminal fluids) on his fingers, I am not sure if there was maybe a LITTLE. The thing is, he also never went fully "in"...perhaps 1 inch MAX (I am a virgin so it started hurting). We were rubbing up against each other a lot and I am worried maybe some of his seminal liquids got into me.

What are the odds I could be pregnant? My period is due on the 18th of May, PLEASE HELP ME. I realize I made a horrible mistake. I really do. Can someone just tell me if I should be worried? :( My cycle is about 30 days. The time I was with the guy was about 4-5 days away from my ovulation date (may 2nd). I dont know if that matters but please consider it :(
Answer:
I don't know why you say you haven't had sexual intercourse when, in fact, you have. It doesn't matter that he wasn't "all the way" in. I assume he was wearing a condom. If he wasn't, well, that was a huge mistake --- you allowing him to do that without using protection.

I suppose it is possible you are pregnant, but I do think that because you're so nervous, you could be imagining it. I only suggest this because when I was younger, I got anxious about one of my first sexual encounters--- so much so that my period wouldn't start. After I took a pregnancy test and showed negative, my period finally started in a matter of seconds. No joke.

If you think it would help you (and I think it would), buy a drugstore pregnancy test. And next time, use protection and good sense.

You might want to visit Planned Parenthood for a little sex ed and possibly to look into some forms of birth control.
just calm down and relax for a minute. then go to the dr if ur period doesnt come.
it doesn't take much to get pregnant, even though he didn't go all the way in, the semen can still swim up through the vaginal fluid. definitly take a pregnancy test.
No tears. Take a deep breath. The odds of you being pregnant are one in a million. You are going to be just fine. Even if there was a little seminal fluid on his fingers, if ti was dried up, the sperm would be dead. Don't worry and get yourself upset like this. Your breasts are probably sore because your period is coming up, but because you are so afraid, you are reading more into that than you need to.
ok, pee on me. if I turn blue you're pregnant. If I turn red you're not. oh wait. I'm not a pregnancy test. take one or go to the doctor.

But I'm glad you learned from your mistake and hopefully this scare will prevent you from putting out in the future.
You should be fine (not pregnant) Sometimes all the side effects can be caused because you think you are pregnant. Take an early results test.
no chance..your safe .....however your description is a bit ermmmmmmmmm
OMG calm the hell down.chill out.wait and see if you are late for your period...then if you are late, say after a week, get a pregnancy test..a pack of 2, in case you want to take another one later on....but what is done is done...you can't change if you are pregnant or not...so wait to go in freak out mode until you miss a period.

chances are, you are not because the male secretes around 2 tsp. of semen when he ejaculates, and only a certain few of the thousands of sperm have a change of making it in.and it helps if the girl orgasms at the same time (helps pull it in) i'm not saying it isn't possible, some people just get pregnant, first try and everything.but you can't freak right now over something that is completlely out of your control...just learn from this and control what you do next time, be safe.
Relax, the chances of you being pregnant are pretty slim.
Your soreness is probably from your period coming up.

You are lucky, many girls get caught up in the heat of the moment and do end up pregnant, completely changing their lives.

I hope you don't put yourself in that situation again.

A boyfriend is one thing, but the guy who is going to be the father of your child is another, and next time think in those terms.

If you want to be sure, get a home pregnancy test, but really I doubt that without actually intercourse you are not pregnant.
Take a deep breath and relax. Probably nothing will come of your "mistake". The symptoms your are having also are present in the week before, sometimes two, before your period. You should be fine. Remember, stress can delay your period, too so try to stay calm. From what you are saying it seems a very slim chance that you could be pregnant. I think you will be fine.
If any seminal liquid got in there is always a possibility of getting pregnant even if your hymen is still in tact. They carry early detection pregnancy tests at the drugstore if you are concerned. You might even go to a clinic such as Planned Parenthood and talk to them about it and they will give you a lot of information on pregnancy prevention, options if you are pregnant, and to help counsel you on measures to protect yourself even during heavy petting.
It is possible that some of his fluids did get inside of you. A man has what is called a cleansing drop right at the start of an erection. This cleanses the urethra in a man to make sure that the "tube" is free of any bacteria; etc.But you could very well be making your mind play tricks on you by being at a constant worry over this. Best chances are that you are just having your premenstrual symptoms such as tender breasts and nipples.calm down...wait it out and see if you start on The 18th.you can actually delay your period by stressing over things too much.take a breather...do something to occupy your mind and chill out sweetheart..this is all you can do..you will be alright.and be careful next time, OK?
Been there before girlfriend. First the female body is real sensitive so any stressing on your part around the time of your period to come on will delay it and all the worrying about the sore nipples could be coming from the stress also, the more you put in your mind that you could be pregnant then the body will release the chemical within you to believe that it is but the only sure way of knowing is to take a test. The test will ease your mind and take the stress off of your body so the chemicals being release will stop and your period can come on and the soreness will stop. So go get a test, O.K? And now you see that waiting is still the best thing for you to do once you see the test results on "negative", good luck.
Your safe. You're still a virgin so things can't happen. You think your breasts become tender, but you're just being paranoid. Just relax, take some deep breaths and say "i'm not pregnant" that'll help you get out of your stress. Secondly, if you're still in doubt, buy a pregnancy test. There's an instruction there on how to use. I'll give you some symptoms too:

- vommitting
- tenderness of the breast (the one you were saying)
- your nipples becomes darker
- craving for food
- missing your period
- fatigue (even when you're not doing anything)
- having little blood secretions in your vagina (even when it's not your period)
- your breasts are getting smaller (it's not getting larger like others say)
- you can feel that there is something going on inside you

Hope it helps
-
OK, just calm down.... take a deep breath. First of all, if your period is due in ten days, the tenderness of your breasts could be a PMS symptom. There is nothing you can do unless you miss your period. If you miss your period, go to the Dr. And try to relax, undo stress can also cause you to miss your period.
Sorry to tell you, but you are no longer a virgin. Once there is penetration, no matter how far in, you are no longer considered a virgin. I am glad you realise that you made a mistake I just hope you have learned for the next time this type of situation arises. If he was not wearing a condom you could be pregnant. There could have been pre-ejaculate on him while he entered and pre-ejaculate does contain sprem. If he was wearing protection you should be ok. I recommend you get onto birth controll and buy a box of condoms just for precaution. Never have unprotected sex unless a child is wanted.
You need to see life differently then the fears will be gone. Many will marry you faster with a baby because they feel you will accept them. They are the older guys who became loners or divorced who are waiting . You will be an outsider too just accept it.

Someone i need help!?

i have hemroids and i have not been able to poop for about three weeks now.. i have a doctors apt tomorrow but i am just wondering if anyone knows that they will give me/do for it? i feel really uncomforable and it is starting to really hurt
Answer:
They will check to see if something else besides the hemorrhoids are causing you problems for why you can't have a bowel movement such as some kind of other obstruction. They will also probably try and remove the hemorrhoid.

If you are going to your primary care physician (if you have the kind of insurance that requires it) they may suggest that you see a gastroenterologist (dr who treats diseases and disorders of the stomach and intestines) about this hemorrhoid and trying to find out what else is going on if it's not the hemorroid causing a problem.

I have an issue with hemorrhoids right now too so I empathize with you. I hope that you get to feeling better soon.
go to the frickin hospital.

Someone help... PLEASE?

Answer:
If the pain continues for another 48 hours you might want to consult a doctor. It might be a bladder infection or some other infection.

Introduction
Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a condition most often characterized by irregular menstrual periods, excess hair growth and obesity, but it can affect women in a variety of ways. Irregular or heavy periods may signal the condition in adolescence, or polycystic ovary syndrome may become apparent later when a woman has difficulty becoming pregnant.
The signs and symptoms of polycystic ovary syndrome stem from a disruption in the reproductive cycle, which normally culminates each month with the release of an egg from an ovary (ovulation). The name polycystic ovary syndrome comes from the appearance of the ovaries in some women with the disorder 鈥?large and studded with numerous cysts (polycystic). These cysts are follicles, fluid-filled sacs that contain immature eggs.
Polycystic ovary syndrome is the most common hormonal disorder among women of reproductive age in the United States, affecting an estimated 5 percent to 10 percent. Early diagnosis and treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome can help reduce the risk of long-term complications, which include diabetes and heart disease.

i have PCOS too. go to doc, and get tested. YOu may have to take meds to have a period.
MD ASAP! You seem to be having diabetes symptoms and something else to go along with it. Why monkey around with your health? People on this site can't diagnose you correctly. Go to your doctor now before it gets any worse.

Someone help please?

Ive had my period for 2 weeks reall heavy im very dizzy at times what could be going on .. i usally get my period every 2 months ..
Answer:
Go to your doctor or a women's clinic for an exam.
If you are dizzy you should call your doctor. You could be losing too much blood.
Ther may be an underlying problem. You may want to see your doctor. Sometimes you can be irregular.
call 911 immediatley. u could be dizzy as a result of losing 2 much blood.
go to the doctor/gyno
You need to see a doctor a gyn if you can get an appointment but your regular doctor will do in a pinch . You might be having a very heavy flow causing you to be anemic ,
Other than that I'm not sure but why you are having such a heavy flow is a concern and the dizzyness.
Take care of yourself and be well
Honey
You need to get yourself to a doctor asap. You haven't given enough info to determine why this might be (i.e how old you are, do you have any fibroid tumours, nearing menopause etc?) but if you are bleeding for two weeksyour iron must be low and that will cause you to be dizzy. This is not something to fool around with, please do see a doctor or call into a clinic at the very least and take care!

Some penis are small or big so what kind of condom should you use for different sizes?

Answer:
Actually, it's good to keep several sized on hand.

Sometimes a guy gets real excited and therefore really big (increasing the likelihood of breaking small or normal condoms); sometimes he's less excited and the larger sizes won't stay on--loosing a condom in a vagina is as bad as breaking one, saftey-wise, and then there's that interruption to go find it and fish it out.

And contrary to at least one woman's opinion, some of us suffered with little tight condoms for years before they came out with Magnums and XLs.
i have condoms and they are trojan and they are one size fits all.
Despite the dreams of some men, the standard condom size usually fits everybody. There are the mega ones, but I don't think many men have enough to actually warrant using them.
The guy should know what size condom he needs. It explains the size on the box.
As far as I know, one size fits all.
magnums are for the really big ones, like 10inches+ can depends on how thick it is also. if its really thick the regular ones are not gonna fit even if its not that big in length my ex was only 7inches and he thought he needed the magnums. i thought it was to funny.

i am 2 1/2 weeks late for my period. took a pregnancey test. it was negative. benn constipated. mild cramps in lower back and stomach. burns to pee in the morning only. i am NEVER late for a period.
Answer:
could be anything from bladder infection to kidneys.
Go to a Doctor ASAP!

Feel better soon, :)
go to a doc
u might have a urinary tract infection.
Sounds like you might have a bladder infection. Consider seeing your doc and getting your urine tested. Ilness can make a period late.
The burning pee makes me think UTI. . .. the mild cramps are probably from the constipation.. you should go to a women's clinic and get tested, they have more sensitive pregnancy tests.
You may have a UTI (urinary tract infection). Go to your doc...you probably have an infection that's interfering with your normal cycle
ok you can have cramps in your stomach and back if you are constipated. The burning in the morning urine would indicate a bladder infection. Go see a doctor.

oh and you can be late and not be pregnant if you are having health issues. However they can run a pregnancy test when running a urinary track infection test.

Some girls have not had a period in months or years, when should they start birth control?

My girlfriend wants to start soon, but she has not has her period in quite some time. This is not only her, but a few of her friends (not close-close friends) have the same issue. Can she just start taking it when she wants?
Answer:
There are many reasons for irregular periods, or total amenorhrea (not getting it at all). Sometimes it is just fairly normal variations between one woman and another, but lack of menstruation can also be a symptom of an underlying problem which needs treatment.
This should be evaluated, to rule out conditions that could be potentially harmful.

You can not assume that she is infertile. She could still ovulate, even without regular periods. Ovulation always comes first, then the bleeding about 2 weeks later, so you never know when that could happen.

Anyone who is sexually active should be using some time of birth control unless you are planning to be pregnant.

My sister-in-law: no period for several years . . . needed fertility drugs to get pregnant twice . . . then BAM all of a sudden pregnant 13 years later at the age of 40. THIS REALLY DOES HAPPEN!!

Use protection, NOW.

Additional Info -- OH, OKAY!
No, she does not need to wait for her period. There are two reasons for starting with the period. First -- to be sure she isn't pregnant, which in this case isn't necessary. And second -- so that it won't disrupt the cycle, which doesn't apply since she is already irregular.
She can start anytime.
she has to see a doctor and she needs to discuss this, most likely shes starving herself which is popular these days and that will stop the mensus because she hasnt the extra blood to lose. shes slowly killing herself if thats the case.
well she needs to go see the doctor immediately. Its most likely she is preganet
no she shouldn't start until she goes to a gynecologist to find out why she hasn't had a period, if it hasn't been a long time since she first started its normal to miss a period or be off schedule, being althetic, stress or hormone balances are a few reasons especially if she's young- birth control like the pill or ring is used on a schedule with the cycle (like sunday after the period ends)..if she's had a period already she can still get pregnant at any time-- a doctor can see whats going on if she lets them know everything about her lifestyle and find whats the best kind pills or whatever type she wants to use for her

I work with 2 girls they have PCOS... They both have 2 kids you're doc will be the only 1 to say 4 sure if though they had kids maybe it was not 2 bad.
I am sorry to hear about that. I know that women with this condition can concieve. I also know that the cysts can be removed surgically, and it is not a very serious type of operation. The non-surgical way that I am sure your doctor discussed with you is birth control pills. They helped my friend with the same problem.

Some penis are small or big so what kind of condom should you use for different sizes?

Answer:
despite what most people think condoms are generally one size fits all. there's the myth of MAGNUM being for big dudes but in reality they are no different. the only difference is the size of the ring at the end. so don't let a guy full you sweetheart...if you know what you are doing and how to put it on...it will fit!
well they come in different sizes so you pick the size that suits the size. if your unsure as your pharmacist

Solving chronic constipation for older people?

My mother is getting up there in the years (She's in her late fifties), and for some time now she's been complaining that she can't go to the bathroom ever, and it's starting to really worry me. It's been going on for monthes, and though she eats more fiber than ever, vegetables, prunes, and all that, she still has immense trouble and her stomach hurts her all the time. I don't know much about this, so was wondering if anyone could suggest what she could do. She's very um, not willing to go the colonoscopy route, and is pretty against doctors/hospitals, as much as I've tried to steer her that way.
Answer:
ways to avoid constipation are: drink plenty of water, eat fiber, exercise, limit things such as cheese and other constipating foods. does she take a stool softener? docusate sodium is good and over the counter and also cheap...if that does not help she may need to occ take a laxative but i dont like my patients to take them unless it is absolutely necessary. you can become dependent on them... also try Metamucil every day she may become gassy but it will decrease as she continues to take it.

but she does need to see the doctor...just to rule out other problems.
My first suggestion would be for her to see a doctor or nutritionist for a professional opinion. However, there are a few more things your mom can do on her own to help her bowels get moving. Staying hydrated is key, so make sure your mom is drinking plenty of water. Activity is also an important factor. Make sure your mom is moving through out the day. Body movement helps bowel movement. I hope that helps.

So, if someone WAS pregnant and went on taking birth control..?

Whether it was out of denial, or not realizing, or whatever, suppose a person kept taking birth control (patch, pill, shot, ring, whatever). They all say not to use if you think you may be pregnant. I'm guessing that is because the hormones can negatively affect the fetus..what dangers does it pose to the baby?

For those that want to offer me advice about this, I am NOT pregnant, I just always see that when I start a new Nuvaring and I wonder why.
Answer:
I was pregnant by like a few days when I started Nuva ring for the first time. The pregnancy did not show up on the doctors test because it was too early. I had a miscarriage. I have had my cycle like 5 or maybe 6 times in the two years since then. They did not do a DNC like they normally would after a miscarriage, and I am afraid since I have not had my cycles anywhere near normally that I may not be able to have children. I really want them now, and I am very sorry that I did not wait another month before starting the ring. I feel like I have done something that cannot be fixed. Just be careful, OK? It is very hard on you mentally if you accidentally cause yourself to have a miscarriage. It doesn't always happen, but it is possible because most if not all BC affects the lining of the uterus. It makes it thicker or something so that it is less likely for an egg to attach. If an egg already has, it can cause it to detach, causing a miscarriage. Other than that, I liked the Nuva Ring better than the pill, because the pill makes my periods very heavy and painful.
well it probably could, over time harm the fetus, because your body does not need the added hormones from the birth control! I do know, however that if someone takes the pill for a month after being pregnant the baby will be fine! Because a lot of people don't know they are pregnant!

So why do i have the bathroom runs the fluttering and the cramps and feel like theres something in my vagina?

Answer:
I'm not really sure what you're asking because I don't know what "fluttering" is. Do you use tampons? Did you leave one in? Check ASAP. Toxic shock syndrome isn't something you want to mess with.

So what's up with the girls who "squirt" when they orgasm? Can any one one do that? Does it feel better? Hmmm?

Answer:
Follow this link. It had the best answer:

Lots of women do it; it's not that uncommon.
you have seen too much porn!
Squirt WHAT?
Guess you got lots of juice girl
ewwww.my boss made me watch that video (and there are men in raincoats in the background).

lots of women ejaculate, but i doubt many do it like that! dont know how it feels though.
all people are created differently. makes us unique and unique is good and interesting. if we all did everything the same way, life would be more than boring.
Yes majority of females can squirt...Its a intense feeling that actually feels like your going to pee but its not pee its actually your female fluids...If your g-spot is rubbed the right way...
perhaps the huge penis pushes on their bladder and they are actually peeing...lol
its a turn on when a girl can make herself squirt, ive dated a couple that had the ability. ;)

So todays birth control pill fell down the sink drain?

I will be missing one now does this put me at risk for pregnancy? What should I do call the doctor or what? Thanks so much I am panicking
Answer:
Take the next one in the pack. Stay ahead by one day and just finish this pack one day early.
DO NOT skip it. Call your doctor, or read the insert that comes with your pills. I'm pretty sure ( but not positive) that you have to toss out that pack.
Take tomorrow's pill then skip the last one of the month.
I would take the pill for tomorrow and get a day ahead.this will just make you run out a day early and maybe start you period a day early. You should not be at risk for pregnancy unless you completely skip a day in the middle of your pack.
Take tomorrows pill. It'll even out.
Just take the next one in the package for today. You will get your period one day earlier because you will take the pill one day less. No problem at all.
I would take tomorrows pill and continue like that and make the day you miss one (a pill), the day before your period! Then get back on track the next month!
LOL! Don't panic too bad. Yeah missing one pill could result in pregnancy, BUT keep in mind that being on birth control is not fully guaranteed to prevent pregnancy anyway.

This is what you do. Talk to your husband or boyfriend, explain the situation, ask him to use protection OR maybe you can use some time of a spermacide.

There is a solution to every problem.

Good luck.
PS You can let go of the panic button now! :0)
Don't panic. One shouldn't make a big difference. Just take them as per usual starting with tomorrow's, and make sure that you use extra protection when you have sex for the rest of this cycle.
take the next pill in the pack and just start your period a day early.
Take the last 'regular' pill in the pack (so you don't have to remember which day you got ahead). You'll get your period a day earlier, and be back on track next month. Don't takeone of the other-colored pills you might take during your period -- they are sugar and are just there to keep you taking one-a-day.

Suggest using barrier birth control for a day or two if you're already 12 hours past your usual dose time. (Condom!)

So nausiated and emotional...is it withdrawls from effexor?? still 4 mobnths later?

sooo, i just had my gallbladder removed, i had several gallstones. they say that's what was probably making me sick. well, it's out, i'm still nausious. i'm thinking of any other options--could it be the antidepressant Effexor I was taking? I've read some on that..that nausiousness has been bad since my bout w/ that.and i can get extremely upset and irrated. If it is the Effexor, how long do these side effects last?? it's been a good 4 months since i stopped. when i stopped, i weaned taking pills every other day for a week or two, then cold turkey. i was on 75 mg/day. another thing.the nausioussness is like a gaggy feeling in the back of my throat, i don't usually feel like i'm going to be sick, but no appetite and that feeling.any suggestions or experiences, let me know..so tired of it.
Answer:
I was on effexor and when I finally came off them, I was ill for a little while but not 4 months later! I weaned right down and even broke the capsules apart (not recommended unless you know what yr doing).

I doubt it would be from withdrawls still.. Go and see your GP..

Good luck!

(good on you for coming off the meds.. hope you feel better these days. I know I do)
Effexor is one of the worst drugs to come off of if not assisted by a doc.
Effexor is one of the worst drugs to get off of and I have heard of it taking months to overcome all of the side effects. I have known people who had to cut their tablets into 1/4's and wean themselves very gradually.

So my boyfriend, during sex, repeatedly hit my cervix..It hurt and bled for 5 days. Is that normal? :(?

Answer:
You should have your GYN check. I can get that deep, but I've never caused bleeding, and 5 days is a long time unless your period showed up right then.

You should also tell your boyfried to be gentler; or get on top where YOU control the depth of penetration better. That's what I always do with smaller women--I'm not out to hurt, it's supposed to be fun.

Your cervix normally sits in the middle of your vaginal cuff, which keeps it positioned. However, there's enough freedom of movement there, that I have been known to gently push through the vaginal cuff--still caused no damage or bleeding. To me, it feels like another initial penentration at the opening of the vagina. She never (that I recall) mentioned what it felt like for her.

Just a side note: having seen medical pictures of a cervix (unfortunately, a lot of these pictures were post-surgery for removal of cancerous cervixes), it very much resembles the end of the penis when seen end-on. Very much like they were designed to meet "nose-to-nose" for seminal transfer (which they were, eh).
hey were u virgin or is it he is hitting to hard ask him to be gentle just let him know that u feel more erotic when he lingers his tongue /finger/penis gently over it convince him or rather u guide him to do some erotic play acts he shall love it well women r more creative
NO! You could have a vaginal ulcer, or possibly cervical cancer. But don't worrry, it could be something less serious. PLEASE PLEASE see a doctor about this.

So iv beed takein breast enlargement pills and now i wanna quit but.PLEASE HELP!?

they actuly worked and my boobs r as big as i want,so now i can stop taking them but will my boobs shrink if i stop takein them?! PLEASE HELP!!!
Answer:
yes...now u r infront the fact! the breast enlarger pills and creams both do the same...how long u will use it, some how they make the tissues of breasts fat till then..when u will stop using them, it shrinks again..
and, for ur kind information sweetheart, its not good for health to take them for long time--it may cause breast cancers even!

try to avoid these artificial things..
accpet what is antural.how Allah made u.
besides these,u can try these which will naturally increase ur breasts...

message ur breats..its a great exercise for breasts. every day,b4 shower, put some shower gel on them and message them for 10-15 minutes from down side to up...it will increse the size gradually. and, if u r married or u have boy friend, tell them to suck them more - it will also increase the size. if u do this exercize regularly, ur breasts will be more firm and attractive.

dont use artificial things...

So if your ovaries hurt a little how long dose it last?

So if your ovaries hurt from ovulating how long is it suppose to least?
Answer:
The pain should last no more than a day. If it lasts much longer, you should go see your OB GYN. They will make sure you don't have cysts or something else.
It differs from person to person, but I would think it should last less than a day. Menstrual cramps, however, can last for much longer. If the pain is bothering you a lot and if it lasts for awhile, I suggest you see a doctor. If it's only a dull pain for a day I wouldn't worry yourself.
If your ovaries are hurting during ovulation you are probably getting ovarian cysts... you should definitely go see an OBGYN to determine if this is the case. If it is cysts and you get a large enough one, they can cause serious problems including: a hospital visit, scaring (making it hard to have children later), ect.

Sex in a hot tub?

I heard having sex in a hot tub isn't good for you. Is this true, and how come?
Answer:
This sounds like an old wive's tale.

However, water washes away lubrication which could make sex uncomfortable.
I don't see anything wrong with it, its kinda hot. just make sure nobody slips
dont believe all you hear
Having sex in water is not good water pressure can harm the woman and im not kidding around. Plus in a hot tub its probably worse because of the heat. Hot tubs already raise the human body's temperature to its limits and sex may push it further. So if the couple do this they should be careful.

Just to clarify the guy can pump water into the girl and cause a rip or a tar. The part about the heat is just a though I have its probably somewhat right but if the couple is healthy its probably not an big issue. But sex itself can cause problems like heart attacks in more unhealthy people. Doctors tell some people to avoid sexual contact all to gather sometimes because of heart problems.
Mostly for the chlorine in your girly bits.
I dont believe that. Its great! Just watch the bubbles!
being in a public hot tub is always a risk..floating in other people's secretions is gross and it makes a perfect site for bacterial growth due to the high temp. also, your temp will rise in a hot tub and you should stay in it for a very limited amount of time, so if the activity causes you to raise your temp and the water does this as well, you may be putting yourself at risk.
Its not so good because 1- there really is not enough friction to build upon, even though the environment is sooo stimulating! and 2- as your guy thrusts into you, he is shooting water into your uterus, and water can also go as far as up your Fallopian tubes and that pressure can cause real trouble. So, foreplay in the hot tub, grand finale just outside the water! Enjoy!!
is definetely not good, you can get a serious infection remember that your parts will be exposed to the hot tub water and some of it may slip inside and cause a bad harm in your system (ovaries, etc). i know it sounds really hot but it is also extremely dangerous.
Having sex in a hot tub frequently is not a good idea.

But once my wife seduced me in a hot tub, and it was wonderful for both of us!

It is so very erotic.

But doing it frequently, could result in the risk factors already outlined here.

So not often, but once in a while, should be okay.
Its not that sex in a hot tub is bad for you.. sex while sumerged in water is bad.

Ever seen Sex with Sue? Ah, you may to be young to have seen the show.. she is a sex expert and doctor. Anywho, she used to stress the fact that sex should not occur while sumerged under water.. a shower is fine, but a bathtub, pool, or hot tub was a no-no.

Why? Becuase water can get pushed up inside of you. During sex (thrusting) air gets pushed up inside but if your in water waist down water can be pushed up inside of you causing it to go into your ovaries and tubes. Which, should this happen, it can result in having to have surgery or worse... causing a "water bubble" and your tubes explode.

Doesn't sound pretty at all eh? So, don't risk it. Theres so many other fun *safer* places to have sex. =)
