in my privates...just randomly I'll get an itch that I have to scratch. It's not a constant itch and it doesn't burn or anything...like when your foot just starts itching...it's like that. Is that normal?

Yes its just as normal as getting an itch on your back or leg.
Its normal to get itch sometimes in the private parts. but it needs to be checked. try washing your privates with lot of water after urinating. wash it three to five times. Such itch happens due to the accumulation of vaginal secretions and bacterial activity, which is a normal phenomena. Chances are more if you are living in tropical climate.
You may even use providone iodine solution to apply, but before this pls ask your doc. some people are allergic to iodine. ok. more doubts pls mail me and ask atiq_masw@yahoo.com
