To be honest, they are quite difficult to find. I know they sell them at stores like Wal-Mart and Target, but depending what color you want, you might have to go to a sports store, like Sport Chalet. Just for your information too - they come in a variety of lengths, rises, and materials too - so try different ones on to see what kind you like.

The best bet would be a sports store like Big 5, Sports Authority, or any other store. Bicycle stores are only going to sell the padded type. I don't you want to buy them for wearing under a skirt.
