have had this for a few hours,and everything points to pregancy but I don't think that I'am .not really sure.and am not having any sign's and yep have had my monthly just don't keep track of it.

it happens to me during ovulation. sore nipples and pins and needles.i didnt have when i got pregnant, but u know, everyone's different.
You should take a test, they are very inexpensive and readily available.

Well, menstruation can cause nipples to be sore or tender as well as pregnancy.
take a test... it could just be a wierd symptom of your upcomming monthly friend
Probs just down to hormones in your cycle. Take a pregnancy test to settle your mind [and prevent any shocks later on!] They'l probably be better in a day or two, a couple of hours isnt too much to worry about
