She had a C-Section on Sunday, %26 the doctors were rushing to staple her, %26 she wasn't stapled all the way, %26 they didn't put her bladder back in properly %26 thought it was funny, %26 she had a lot of drainage. Eww...! Creepy just to think about %26 makes me too afraid to have kids. When she confronted them about it, they acted like they didn't know what she was talking about.

hell yeah she should sue! doctors are supposed to be trusted to put everything back in their place! That's why they take all that science in school!! Lazyness shouldn't be forgiven, what if that would've caused in infection and left her infertile or something?
Forgive them and let go. Enjoy the baby - life is too short to fight all the time.

i am honestly not lawsuit-happy, i think they're ridiculous most of the times, but thats definately worth filing a lawsuit over if they're not willing to go back and fix it for her. if she thinks the doctors are trying to f**k her, she should go to another doctor, explain what happened and ask if he thinks they did something wrong, and if he decides they did something wrong and she brings that diagnosis to the old doctors and they won't even offer to fix it, then yes, i would definately file a suit. that is endangering her health and she will probably need the money from the suit to pay to get it fixed (in case insurance wont cover it).
yes of course she should sue. these are doctors who are supposed to help you give birth to a beautiful human being. then they don't close you up properly,its just stupid. then to act like they don't have a clue what your talking about. you have a case here,you could sue these doctors for emotional distress,and not caring for you properly. These doctors could loose their title. help other women not have to deal with these jerk's of a doctor.
