Should you wear a bra in bed?

im 15 and a 30d, i was just wondering whether you should wear bra in bed. will it stop saggy boobs?
Answer:
You do not have to wear a bra to bed. Just make sure to wear one in the day. if you are large for your age..an underwire bra is best.
Omg I saw this on the Tyra Banks show! They had a lingerie specialist and she said that if you wore a bra to bed it would prevent sagging! I'm not even kidding!
Wearing a bra to bed is'nt harmful, it also wont stop saggy boobs, the only problem that you might occur with wearing a bra to bed is sweating, the bra will hold in heat while you sleep, you might possibly develop a rash.
I wouldn't. It's not good for your circulation.

Try sleeping on your stomach if you're really bothered.
I can't imagine that would be at all comfortable. It's funny but i like mine off as soon as I get home. It just feels better to let them free and let some air in. I don't think it would help with sagging because you are laying down and gravity isn't pulling them as much as when you are standing.
I was always told not to sleep in them...talk to your mom see what she thinks. I would think that wearing a bra 24/7 would get old and uncomfortable. Try sleeping in a tank top with the built in bras to make you feel more comfortable.
no do not wear one to bed don;t you want to be comfortable when going to sleep?? I know I do

boobs will sag when you get to be in your early 30's so don;t fret yet.. your still young %26 don;t have to worry about sagging breasts.
You can, and with D cups it might help you sleep better. Try getting a sleep / leasure bra, or a sports bra in a 32 or 34 'D'

This will give you just enough support so your girls don't flop around but no be so restricting that you can't sleep.

It is a good idea to try to go braless 1 or 2 nights a week. The skin where your bra touches needs to have time to relax and breath.
