it sounds like he stretched it (somehow...prolly going in too fast) and i think it should heal up pretty fast... but then again if you are constantly moving and walk alot then it might take a long time.

It may be a slight tare from you not being 100% ready to have intercourse. Try more foreplay. Your body will be more relaxed and there will be more lubrication. The tares hurt pretty freaking bad though and there's not much you can do once they happen except keeping it clean.
